Okay, so here I am going to list my eating problems. I'll add more as I go along.
Who: Me and other family members
What: Huge portions of foods such as potatoes, meat, gravy or pizza
When: Family meals, usually supper
Where: Dinner table, mine or theirs
Why: Urged to eat by cook, good excuse to eat, love the taste of potatoes, meat & gravy, warm feelings associated with eating with others, want to please, crave fat and carbos, but especially fat
Who: Me
What: Fat attached to meat, especially pork
When: Supper
Where: Dinner table
Why: love fat, hate to throw it away, even when it's unappetizingly cold and uncooked
Who: Me
What: Extra portions and extra large portions of any food, but usually fatty foods
When: Lunch or supper
Where: Dinner table
Why: "eyes bigger than stomach" syndrome, it's there and has to be divided equally, I'm afraid someone else (John) will get more than me (stupid!)--yes, there is a real fear that if I don't eat what's there it won't be there next time.
